BioTrove, Inc. Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Woburn, MA, April 1, 2008 - BioTrove, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Piper Jaffray & Co. and Lazard Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers and Robert W. Baird & Co. is acting as co-manager.
