The RapidFire® High-throughput Mass Spectrometry (RF-MS) System is a native detection technology for the screening of chemical libraries against biochemical assays and in vitro ADME assay analyses. The RF-MS system facilitates the label-free detection of multiple analytes in a wide range of applications in seconds per sample, greatly streamlining assay development and providing biologically relevant data.
The system features integrated, online sample preparation—simply quench your assay plates and load them into the RapidFire for analysis. The system is compatible with SBS standard 96 and 384 well plates, including deep-well and low-volume plates. Accommodating up to 18 plates at once, RF-MS enables walk-away processing of sample for hours.
RapidFire technology helps to maximize your mass spectrometer resource, as conversion between RF-MS and HPLC-MS is fast and easy. Data analysis and report generation software permits export into spreadsheets and databases in formats compatible with any LIMS. Integration of the RapidFire is easy with any leading manufacturer’s mass spectrometer.
